What we offer:
We offer a “mobile” parking systems suitable for urban areas, where it is not possible to implement an underground garage or if the situation does not build any traditional parking. Our system allows the location of 8-10 vehicles for 2 normal parking space of approx 6m x 5m (min. 580 cm x 480 cm). The system also offers simple operation to guarantee the safety and prevent collisions in the parking system or normal damage.
Project documentation can be provided upon written request. The equipment is shipped to the destination and it installs our dedicated team. After delivery we ensure professional operator training. The design is mobile and can be quickly dismantled and erected elsewhere. I-Park Company Ltd. offers warranty guarantee for two years on all components.
Requirements for site preparation before installation of parking facilities:
(Can be prepared by the Client or shall i-Park at the request of the Client).
Implementation of concrete foundation blocks or entire base plate for subsequent anchoring steel structures spreaders and pass the actual state of elevation and directional focus of foundation structures.
Electrical wirings must be powered by: 380V / 3 phase 50 or 60Hz, 9kW
Specification of the parking plot supplements to the system which may be required by the client:
Determination of requirements for all exterior modifications and work on parking cladding supporting structures, any additional structure for mounting billboards (advertising or decorative
billboards), the possibility of placing walls with green plants, or lightweight roofing.
Request drainage of surface water from the defined area to be addressed in the zoning or building management. (When installing the parking systém it is already too late.)

Approximate dimensions of the concrete foundation footings:
You should always perform static analysis, but the ground dimension is always the anchor plate 40 x 40 cm.
for 8 cars: about 60 cm depth with a minimum base dimension of 50 x 50 cm at the butt, or plate of thickness. at least 50 cm
for 10 cars: about 80 cm depth of the base, the other is the same as for 8 cars
Static calculation must be part of the building permit. It will always be handled by client, but a complete project documentation,based on the client requirement can be handled by i-Park.
